DESCRIPTION:The Advancing Behavioral Health and Policy Summit is a comprehensive multi-stakeholder event focused on policies\, advancements\, and collaborations that aim to drive positive change in the equitable access\, delivery\, and quality of mental health and substance use disorder services. The forward-thinking\, two-day program will bring together leaders from health plans\, health systems\, employers\, government and public health agencies\, and state\, local community\, and advocacy organizations to discuss major initiatives and the driving forces to advance behavioral health. This year\, the summit will feature speakers from the government and Congress\, such as U.S. Department of Labor’s Assistant Secretary Lisa Gomez and Hill staffers\, as well as other industry leaders and experts in behavioral health to speak about the mental health parity final rule\, artificial intelligence in behavioral health\, emerging trends in substance use disorder care\, children and youth mental health\, maternal mental health\, and more.
