Graham Sargent (he/him) is a behavioral health professional, educator, and organizational leader with more than a decade of experience in substance use disorder treatment, workforce training, clinical supervision, and regulatory compliance.
He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of American River Wellness and Clinical Director of safe.courses, where he designs and delivers evidence-informed education and professional training programs for individuals, employers, and behavioral health organizations nationwide. His work bridges direct clinical service and systems-level education, with a consistent focus on building workforce capacity and improving outcomes across the continuum of care.
