Barbara Aday-Garcia is an accomplished CEO with over 39 years of extensive experience in the field of alcohol and drug use recovery services. Barbara’s deep understanding of California’s DUI System and addiction treatment regulations has positioned her as a pivotal figure in shaping recovery services and policies.
