The National LGBTQIA2+ Rainbow Coalition (NLRC) is NBHAP’s newest committee, dedicated to strengthening representation, equity, and inclusion within the behavioral health and addiction treatment industry.
This coalition will bring together providers, advocates, and leaders committed to improving access, safety, and culturally responsive care for LGBTQIA2+ communities.

Creating space for members to share insights and elevate LGBTQIA2+ perspectives.
