Advocacy Alert: Faces and Stories of Medicaid Needed

February 27, 2025

via Legal Action Fund

Are you or do you know a person with substance use disorder whose life has been enhanced by Medicaid?

Potential harmful cuts to Medicaid or restrictive changes are being discussed on the national level. What can YOU do as an advocate? Medicaid plays a key role in access to care for people with substance use disorder (SUD) and is vital to ongoing efforts to address the overdose crisis as we continue to lose nearly 300 people a day.

Join others that are taking a moment to submit their Faces of Medicaid story. Simply include your name, city/state, and how Medicaid has enhanced your life! Your story is important!

Submit your story here.
