Learn how to successfully create an environment of gathering outcome data within your program.
Derek Daley, founder of Legacy Outdoor Adventure and Juniper Canyon Recovery Center for Women, has successfully been gathering outcomes data for his programs for over eight years. He will share his expertise on how he has used data gathered to provide high quality care. Within his programs, he has established a culture of making data driven decisions and will provide examples for other treatment programs to follow.
Daley has used OutcomeTools by BestNotes to accomplish his data gathering. Kristen Francom will represent OutcomeTools by BestNotes. OutcomeTools was created in response to challenges faced by members of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs in their efforts to perform outcomes research. OutcomeTools is designed to simplify the administration process and increase response rates. The system provides real-time feedback to increase the engagement of participants and staff. Smart automation frees providers to focus on aligning participant responses with treatment and service plans.
Participants of this webinar will learn the key factors of defining the current culture of their company and how to establish data gathering in order to provide high quality care.
- Data Informed Treatment
- Distinguish the difference between client informed treatment and program data informed treatment. Client informed treatment helps clinicians to make informed treatment plan decisions and improves client engagement into the treatment process. Program data informed treatment helps the organization to assess processes and engages the entire organization in the progress being made while making informed data driven decisions.
- Understanding why programs need to make the move to implementing data into their programs. Mandates for accreditation and the move toward value-based care are making it a necessity for programs.
- Address roadblocks that clinicians may face and how to overcome those roadblocks.
- Learn what models work best in establishing a healthy culture around data collection. The magic combo of assessment and supervision are the best models for establishing a healthy culture.
