- Date Recorded: August 26, 2020
- Length: about an hour
- Presenter: Ashley Loeb Blassingame

For the last decade, Lionrock Recovery has been focused on building a telehealth substance abuse treatment program. In fact, we thought we might end up with a central HQ where most of our team worked. But as we grew, most all of us continued to work successfully at home, and our business model grew to accommodate that.
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way the workforce collaborates daily for the foreseeable future -- many businesses that previously depended heavily on in-person communication are being forced to navigate the uncharted waters of running a business virtually -– all with the pressure of doing it successfully.
This webinar addresses and give recommendations surrounding best practices to help successfully manage a workforce that has moved from in-office to remote work due to the recent business model changes set into motion by the recent pandemic. Attendees will gain a deeper knowledge of how to make simple, yet significant shifts in their team's workday structure to achieve greater success in communication, engagement, and output.
In this session, attendees learn best practices on managing a remote workforce, including:
- Setting new expectations for employees remotely
- Shifting your technology appropriately
- How to invest in employees to better equip them to work virtually
- Virtual communication best practices
