Article VII: CE Hour Equivalents
NBHAP will accept hours of approved continuing education on the following basis:
- Each hour of theory shall be accepted as one (1) continuing education hour (CEH).
- One (1) contact hour of continuing education is equal to one (1) continuing education hour (CEH).
- One (1) CEU (continuing education unit) is equal to ten (10) continuing education hours (CEHs).
- One (1) academic quarter unit is equal to ten (10) continuing education hours (CEHs).
- One (1) academic semester hour is equal to fifteen (15) continuing education hours (CEHs).
